Chuva Fatiada designs and deploys AI agents for procurement teams, including supplier management and onboarding, sourcing and RFP analysis, supplier comparison, contract and purchase-order automation (including SLA generation, contract template tailoring, and contract analysis), and invoice matching. Descriptions of the Services on the Website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement for Services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Chuva Fatiada, which will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and of your own jurisdiction.
